Data controller

The data controller is SAVI S.R.L., registered at Via Achille Grandi 33, 50066 Reggello (FI), Italy, VAT 07258180483. For any question about your data you can write to info@veratuscany.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you give us in the enquiry form: first name, last name, email address and — if you choose to share them — phone number, country, Instagram handle, travel dates, number of travellers, preferences, budget range and your free message. We do not collect special categories of data and we do not run advertising profiling.

Why we use it

We use your data solely to answer your enquiry and prepare a bespoke travel proposal. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request.

Who we share it with

Your data passes through the technical providers that make the service possible: Vercel Inc. for hosting and Resend for sending emails. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for marketing. Where your request involves bookings with properties or producers, only strictly necessary data is shared, and only with your agreement.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and, where a trip actually takes place, for the period required by tax and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your rights

At any time you may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing and portability, or object to processing. Just write to info@veratuscany.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.

Cookies

This site uses no profiling cookies and no third-party tracking. Only the technical cookies needed to remember your chosen language and to make navigation work are used.
